Return and Replacement Policy

At BHE Archery LLC, we stand behind the quality of our custom archery products. Due to the custom-made nature of our items, we do not accept returns except in extreme circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Replacements
If your item fails due to normal use within 90 days of delivery, we are happy to provide a replacement at no cost. Please email us at chris@bhearchery.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the defect

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny a replacement or return if the item shows signs of misuse, modification, or improper installation.
